Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Legal business name] ("Linkwell," "we," "us"), a [State] company. They cover trylinkwell.com, the Linkwell app, and the QR codes, short links, and pages created with it (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you sign up for a church, ministry, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us right away at [support@trylinkwell.com] if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Plans and pricing

Linkwell offers a free plan and paid plans. Current plans, prices, and limits are shown on our pricing page.

Launch pricing. New churches that start a paid plan on or before December 31, 2026 receive a discounted rate: Pro at $4.99 per month (regularly $10) and Church+ at $40 per month (regularly $50). The discounted rate stays in place for as long as the subscription remains active on that plan. If the subscription is canceled or changed to another plan, the regular price applies when it is restarted.

Free trial. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. We will charge the payment method on file when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period, plus any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is resolved. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, and it applies from your next billing period after the notice.

Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time in your account settings. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. If you downgrade, content above the new plan's limits may become read-only or paused.

Refunds

Your content

You own the content you add to Linkwell, such as links, page text, images, and logos. You give us a limited license to host, store, display, and process that content only as needed to run the Service for you. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you publish and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.

You are responsible for what your links point to and for any information your church collects from visitors through pages or outside services you link to, including following applicable privacy laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Linkwell to:

• Link to or host malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive content.
• Publish illegal content, or content that harasses, threatens, or exploits anyone, especially minors.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Collect payment or personal information under false pretenses.
• Interfere with the Service, try to access other accounts, or use automated means to overload it.
• Resell the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content, disable a link or QR code, or suspend an account that violates these rules. When it is reasonable and safe, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

QR codes and links after cancellation

Linkwell QR codes and short links work by sending people through Linkwell's servers to the destination you choose. Because of that, printed codes depend on your account.

If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves to the free plan. Codes and links within the free plan's limits keep working. Codes and links above those limits are paused and can be restored by upgrading again. If you delete your account, all of its codes and links stop working within [30] days. We recommend keeping an active account for any code that appears on printed materials.

Service availability

We work to keep Linkwell running reliably, but we do not promise it will be available at all times or free of errors. We may change, add, or remove features. If we decide to shut down the Service entirely, we will give account holders at least [60] days' notice and a way to export their links.

Our intellectual property

Linkwell's software, design, name, and logo belong to us. These Terms do not give you any rights to them except to use the Service as described here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if required by law, or if your account is unpaid. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Scan and click reports are estimates and may not count every visit.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Linkwell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, donations, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Linkwell harmless from claims arising from your content, your links, or your violation of these Terms or of the law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County], [State], and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other for at least 30 days.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
